Tuesday, October 16, 2012
B-Scada, Inc., (OTCBB:MOBS) today launched its newest product, Status Enterprise. Status Enterprise is a SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software system that allows users to monitor real time, historical data, trends and alarming information in modern dashboard screens from a Windows client application or HTML5 compatible web browsers including the iPad.
Status Enterprise is built on the OPC Unified Architecture specification, an open standard providing platform independent interoperability between the enterprise and the factory floor. The Status Enterprise Server is an OPC UA Server supporting the OPC UA specifications for data models, data access, historical data access and alarming.
Status Enterprise is a platform with a powerful Object Model that makes it easy to access the real time and historical data in the server, opening up endless possibilities for workflow applications, manufacturing execution, batch applications and integration with other enterprise systems. "More and more SCADA systems are recognizing the power of data modeling to help manage complexity." says Ron DeSerranno CEO for B-Scada. "Data modeling allows for better integration in the enterprise and moves the operation from being simply monitored to truly knowledge based allowing for better analytical and predictive processes". B-Scada will be conducting webinars of Status Enterprise for those interested in learning more about the system. The release candidate is targeted for general availability in January.
